Description
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance user satisfaction through effective design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
