We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer with deep expertise in design systems and functional component design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultancy environment balancing specialist knowledge with the agility of a generalist mindset. You will work closely with internal teams and an external design system partner to maintain, evolve, and operationalize design systems that power enterprise-grade digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design System CollaborationPartner with internal stakeholders and third-party teams to manage and evolve the design system.
Design, document, and update functional UI components that ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability.
Ensure the design system remains current as products and client requirements evolve.
2. Prototyping & Interaction DesignCreate high-fidelity prototypes that articulate user journeys and micro-interactions.
Rapidly iterate based on feedback and usability insights.
3. Team & Client Collaboration
Work closely with developers, product managers, and consultants to ensure seamless design-to-development alignment.
Communicate effectively across distributed teams and time zones.
4. Tool MasteryExpert-level proficiency in Figma (components, shared libraries, version control, collaboration features).Hands-on with design handoff workflows and best practices for remote collaboration.
5. Documentation & GovernanceOwn documentation for design components, patterns, and workflows. Uphold standards of usability, accessibility (WCAG), and brand consistency across projects.
