As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually engaging digital experiences. You will combine user research and design expertise to create solutions that meet user needs and align with business goals. This role involves everything from creating wireframes and prototypes to collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Understand business goals and user behavior to create user-centered design solutions.
- Conduct user research, heuristic evaluations, and usability tests to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction flows that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Translate complex requirements into functional and user-friendly interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design objectives with technical feasibility and business strategy.
- Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating accordingly.
- Maintain consistency across designs while customizing experiences for different user groups or platforms.
- Contribute to and help maintain a robust design system and documentation.
- Take ownership of end-to-end UI/UX processes for assigned projects.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience in UI/UX design roles.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and impactful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
- Experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage time, priorities, and deadlines independently.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.

- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (preferred).
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries (preferred).

Qualifications
- B.Des/M.Des, B.A/M.A., or any other relevant professional graduate degree.
