About the Role
We are looking for two talented UI/UX Designers with around 1.5 to 2 years of experience who can work independently, understand business requirements, and translate them into effective, elegant design solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in dashboard design, UX strategy, user research, wireframing, and design systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze business requirements to craft intuitive and impactful UX solutions.
- Design dashboards, enterprise workflows, and data-heavy interfaces with clarity and usability.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Work with and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency across the product suite.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to validate and improve designs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while being able to drive tasks independently.
- Deliver high-quality visual designs aligned with brand and usability standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1.52 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating dashboard design, UX thinking, and structured problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred), design systems, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
- Good understanding of UX processes including research, testing, and user-centered design.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
Good-to-Have
- Experience in data visualization or enterprise applications.
Familiarity with modern UI frameworks or basic understanding of front-end capabilities.
