We're looking for a talented and detail-driven UI/UX Designer who thrives at the intersection of design systems, user psychology, and cutting-edge tools like Figma and AI-powered design workflows. You will play a critical role in shaping digital product experiences that are intuitive, modern, and aligned with user behavior.

• Design elegant, user-centered interfaces for web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
• Use advanced Figma features including variables, components, interactive prototyping, and team collaboration tools.
• Stay continuously updated with the latest Figma releases, beta tools, and integrate new features into design workflows.
• Leverage AI tools for wireframing, ideation, user research, and design optimization.
• Apply UX laws and principles (Hick's Law, Fitts's Law, Gestalt, Jakob's Law, etc.) to guide design decisions.
• Create and maintain design systems ensuring visual consistency and reusable components.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into refined design solutions.
• Facilitate usability testing and heuristic evaluations to validate designs and refine UX.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and cross-functional input.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with real-world experience using advanced collaboration and prototyping features.
• Deep understanding of UX trends across platforms and ability to apply them contextually.
• Strong grasp of user psychology, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience in creating responsive layouts, interaction flows, and interactive mockups.
• Comfort working in cross-functional teams and contributing to product strategy.
• Effective communicator with attention to both design detail and system-wide consistency.

Prior experience working on AI-first products or in tech startups.

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Tailwind) for better developer handoff.
• Experience with remote user testing tools, A/B testing, or behavioral analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or Lottie animations.
