About the Role:
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with 35 years of professional experience to join our product and design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, visual aesthetics, and interaction design. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will:
- Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes for digital products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into intuitive interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Ensure consistent design language and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Continuously improve designs based on analytics, user behavior, and emerging trends.
- Stay current with the latest design tools, techniques, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Maintain design documentation, style guides, and reusable design systems.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product or digital agency environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Framer for design and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating responsive designs for web and mobile.
- Knowledge of interaction design and usability testing methodologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to present and justify design decisions.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects is mandatory.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better collaboration with developers.
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Exposure to analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mix panel.
- Experience designing for SaaS, e-commerce, or tech-based products.
