We're hiring a UI/UX Designer to craft user-friendly, visually appealing, and highly functional digital experiences. A key focus of this role will be to redesign our current dashboard to improve usability and data visualization. This position is ideal for candidates with 12 years of experience in Graphic and UI/UX Design, looking to apply their skills to real-world products and collaborate with a dynamic startup team.

• Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content teams to deliver seamless designs.
• Redesign and optimize the existing dashboard to enhance usability and clarity.
• Design and optimize user journeys across responsive websites, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and dashboards.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma (expert-level proficiency required).
• Apply and maintain design systems for consistent user experiences.
• Incorporate data visualization best practices into dashboards and reports.
• Use AI-powered design prompts to accelerate workflows and generate creative suggestions.

• 12 years of professional experience in Graphic Design and UI/UX Design.
• Strong expertise in Figma (prototyping, wireframing, and design systems).
• Experience designing for responsive websites, mobile applications, and dashboards.
• Ability to communicate design decisions effectively and work in cross-functional teams.

• Previous start-up experience.
• Familiarity with React or modern frontend frameworks.
• Interest in IoT and data-driven product design.
