About the Role: We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who's excited about solving real user problems through clean, intuitive, and AI-first product experiences. You'll work across web and mobile, designing for the procurement and design & build (D&B) domains complex workflows that need clarity, simplicity, and great user experience. If you enjoy talking to users, exploring insights, and turning them into thoughtful designs, this role is a great fit. What You'll Do:

Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and research to uncover user needs

Translate insights into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups

Design for both web and mobile experiences

Create product visuals using Figma, Photoshop, and other design tools

Take an AI-first design approach exploring where automation and intelligence can improve UX Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure smooth implementation

Work across procurement and D&B workflows to simplify complex journeys

Maintain design documentation in Figma, Confluence, and support sprint execution on Jira.

What We're Looking For:

35 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or product design

Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work

Comfort with wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design

Strong research skills ability to turn feedback + data into design improvements

Familiarity with product workflows in SaaS, procurement, or D&B is a plus

Ability to break down problems and design clean, scalable solutions

Bonus Points:

Experience in SaaS, workflow automation, or ERP-style tools

Experience with design systems and component libraries.
