JobDescription 

 We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to own the design of our digital experiences website, CRM, e-commerce, and quick-commerce brand assets. You will translate business and customer needs into clean, intuitive, conversion-focused interfaces.

Key Responsibilities 

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile.

• Own the visual design of HEGE's website, subscription flows, and internal CRM tools. 

• Create and maintain a consistent design system (typography, colour, components, spacing).

• Collaborate with founders, developers, and marketing to ship pixel-perfect interfaces.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and improve designs.

• Design brand and campaign assets for e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.

Requirements 

• Minimum 1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design. 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design work. 

• Proficiency in Figma (or similar); working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. 

• Basic designing skills across Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. 

• Basic AI knowledge and comfort using AI tools to deliver work faster. 

• Solid grasp of design fundamentals — layout, typography, colour, and interaction design.

• Understanding of responsive design and basic HTML/CSS concepts.

• Ability to balance user needs with business and conversion goals.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

 Good to Have 

•Experience designing for e-commerce or D2C brands. 

•Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools or Shopify.

Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates will be given a redesign test as part of the evaluation. Applicants who apply and are scrutinised will be selected to proceed to the test. You will have 3 days to complete and submit the redesign assignment.
