Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Senior UI/UX Designer at North Hires. The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for visual design, creating mockups, front-end development, user experience (UX) design, and user interface design on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably with SaaS products
• A degree in designor equivalent hands-on industry experience
• Strong portfolio with case studies showcasing end-to-end product design work
• Deep understanding of usability, responsive design, visual hierarchy, and accessibility principles
• Skilled indesign systems creation, documentation, and scalable design solutions
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and modern prototyping/collaboration tools
• Experienced inAgile cross-functional product teams
• Ability toclearly define problems and back design decisions with data, research, and logic
• Strong communicator, able to present ideas effectively and collaborate across disciplines
• Comfortable at all stages of design: from concept sketches to high-fidelity mockups and polishing details
