Role Overview
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can translate complex product ideas into intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences. This role will be responsible for understanding user needs, designing seamless workflows, and creating high-quality interface designs that balance usability with aesthetic clarity.
The designer will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to research user behavior, prototype solutions, and deliver polished designs for desktop, web, tablet, and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong user-centered thinking with refined visual design skills, ensuring that every interaction is purposeful, accessible, and consistent across the product ecosystem.
Responsibilities
User Research & Discovery
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand needs and pain points.
- Define personas, user journeys, and scenarios to guide design decisions.
- Translate complex workflows into simplified, intuitive interactions.
UX & Interaction Design
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and flow diagrams to validate ideas early.
- Define and document interaction patterns for consistent experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure feasible, user-centered solutions.
UI & Visual Design
- Deliver high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using modern design tools.
- Develop and maintain a design system, style guides, and component libraries.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and cross-platform compatible (desktop, web, tablet, mobile).
Collaboration & Iteration
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions to iterate quickly.
- Advocate for best practices in usability, accessibility, and design consistency.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer working on complex applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes, prototypes, and shipped products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Expertise in visual design: typography, color, spacing, and layout systems.
- Experience designing for desktop-first applications as well as web and mobile/tablet experiences.
