Role Description- Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas and improve designs
- Translate complex concepts into simple, elegant interfaces
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design
- Advocate for user needs in all stages of the product lifecycle
What We're Looking For- 25 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing both visual and interaction design work
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
- Excellent communication skills you can explain design decisions clearly
- Detail-driven but not stuck on pixels you care about usability, not just aesthetics
Bonus Points For- Experience with motion design or prototyping tools
- Exposure to A/B testing or analytics-informed design decisions
- Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS)
