Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end user experiences across mobile apps and web-based dashboards
  • Translate product requirements into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate designs
  • Create and maintain scalable design systems, including components and design tokens
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms (React/React Native)
  • Maintain a mobile-first and dashboard-first approach in UX design
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 5 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, preferably in mobile-first and SaaS environments
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
  • Strong understanding of cross-role application design (eg, Admin vs. End User)
  • Good grasp of front-end technologies, especially React and React Native, to collaborate effectively with developers
  • Experience designing for responsive and adaptive layouts
  • Familiarity with scalable component libraries and design tokens
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong user-centered mindset and attention to detail

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in the logistics or transportation domain
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for better developer handoffs
  • Experience with design systems like Material UI or Ant Design
