Purpose of the Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong aesthetic sense and solid UI/UX exposure to help shape impactful digital and brand experiences. This role is for a detail-oriented Graphic cum UI/UX Designer to work across ads, social media, and Website Pages. This role focuses on creating high-quality visual assets for performance marketing and brand communication, with additional exposure to Lead-Generation space is a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Create high-impact designs for social media, websites, emails and print.
- Ad & Performance Creatives - Design static, carousel and emailer creatives for paid ads across Meta, Google, and other performance channels.
- Social Media Graphics - Design posts, carousels, stories, thumbnails for platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
- Take ownership of UI/UX visuals; Mock-ups, wireframes, and basic prototypes for web & mobile.
- Partner with marketing, tech, and content teams to deliver clean, intuitive, on-brand designs.
- Maintain a high bar for visual quality, consistency, and usability.
- Using AI to speed up ideation, create variations, improve layouts, or refine UX thinking..
- Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh, smart ideas to the table.
- Collaboration & Execution - Work closely with marketing and content teams to translate briefs into effective visual communication.
- Brand Quality & Systems - Maintain high standards of typography, layout, colour consistency, and attention to detail. Ensure all assets meet brand and platform requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Should have Min. 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design with UI/UX exposure.
- Has graduated or hold certification in Graphic Design / UI/UX / Visual Communication from a Good institute.
- Comfortable using or exploring AI design tools.
- He should be confident with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, illustrator are mandatory) Figma/Adobe XD.
- Have a strong aesthetic eye and understand layout, color, typography, user flow and Brand story.
- Experience with UI/UX design for websites, landing pages and product pages.
- Own a strong portfolio showing both creative visuals (Ads, Social Media, brand related) and functional UI/UX thinking (Kindly bring the same if shortlisted for an interview).
It'd Be Great If You Had
- Worked for any Law or legal client in the lead generation space.
- Bonus Points: Have Video editing/motion graphics experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- At least 1-yr experience in graphic design, preferably in digital, D2C, or agency environments.
- 3D modelling or rendering experience (Blender, Maya, or similar)
