Webconvoy is hiring an experienced UI/UX designer with strong industry exposure who can work on live projects and also guide students with practical, real-world UI/UX knowledge. The role requires hands-on design expertise along with the ability to mentor and support learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric UI/UX for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct usability testing and improve user experience
- Collaborate with developers and product teams
- Guide and mentor students on UI/UX concepts and tools
- Review student work and provide constructive feedback
- Help students build industry-ready portfolios
Requirements
- 25+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio of real-world projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Good understanding of UX research, usability, and design principles
- Ability to explain concepts clearly to students
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Teaching or mentoring experience
- Knowledge of design systems and accessibility
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
