About the Role:
At Lantern Digital, design isn't just about how things look; it's about how they work. We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who can craft intuitive, conversion-focused digital experiences that help our campaigns perform better and our clients shine.
What you'll do:
- Design landing pages, websites, and microsites optimized for marketing campaigns.
- Map user journeys and create wireframes/prototypes for smooth digital flows.
- Collaborate with performance marketers, developers, and content teams to bring ideas to life.
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to improve usability and conversions.
- Run A/B tests and iterate on designs based on performance data.
- Ensure consistency across platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet).
What we're looking for:
- 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing website/landing page designs.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Understanding of user-centred design principles and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- A mindset that balances creativity with performance-driven design.
