We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong Graphic Design skills to join our Mangalore team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in designing SaaS platforms, building design systems, and creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX Designer based in Mangaluru. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical capabilities. Day-to-day tasks include designing user interfaces, creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. The designer will also participate in testing and refining designs to meet usability and visual design standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS product design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile interface designs.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of design systems, user flows, interaction design, and component-based design.
• Solid graphic design skills (posters, marketing creatives, digital assets).
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and branding.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, React components) is a plus.
