About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product team. If you enjoy solving user problems through thoughtful design, creating clean interfaces, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams this role is for you.
Job Details:
- Experience: 2-4 Years
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week
- Location: On-site, South Delhi
Responsibilities:
- Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present design ideas and rationale to the team clearly and effectively.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Experience designing for B2C or consumer-facing brands (preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory) and similar design tools.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to balance creativity with practical constraints and timelines.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
