About The Role
We are seeking a high-performing, motivated full-time UI/UX Designer Intern to join the design team at Hyperqube Ionic. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for our web and mobile applications. As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft user experiences that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of usability and design excellence.
This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, requiring a strong sense of ownership, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality work independently. The role will involve collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into innovative design solutions. The internship duration is two months, offering an immersive experience into the world of private markets technology and user-centered design.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this internship should possess a background in Design or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms is essential. A strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and design thinking methodologies is required to create engaging and effective user interfaces. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are vital. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, adaptability, and the capacity to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. A portfolio showcasing your design work and process is highly desirable.
Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of design systems, accessibility principles, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Prior experience working in technology-driven environments or startups will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
As a UI/UX Designer Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:
