UI/UX Designer_Incruiter

Role Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create user-friendly and visually appealing digital interfaces. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive UI/UX solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on design goals
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows using standard design tools
• Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and accessibility
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback for iterative improvements
• Maintain consistency in design through adherence to style guides and branding standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating interface design and user experience projects
• Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility standards
• Good communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and usability
