About The Role
We are seeking a talented frontend Developer to join our project-based team at Edirq. This role involves delivering concrete milestones with clear outcomes, contributing to the development of a mobile application that emphasizes UI quality, interaction consistency, and execution accuracy. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with experience in UI/UX design and development, capable of working closely with our product team to translate design concepts into functional, visually appealing interfaces. The role requires adaptability to hybrid work arrangements, including remote work and on-site collaboration when necessary, primarily in Visakhapatnam (Vizag), India.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess practical experience using Figma for designing and prototyping mobile app interfaces, with a portfolio demonstrating real or near-production projects. A solid understanding of mobile UI design principles, including interaction design and user flow optimization, is essential. Candidates should have experience creating or maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency across various UI components. Strong communication skills are necessary to explain design decisions clearly and logically, and the ability to receive and incorporate feedback effectively is crucial. This role is not suitable for complete beginners but is perfect for early-career designers with a proven track record in app UI/UX design and development.
Responsibilities
- Design and document engaging UI/UX interactions and transitions that enhance user experience.
- Utilize Figma to modify, improve, and iterate on core product features based on user feedback and project requirements.
- Develop and maintain a simple, reusable design system including color palettes, typography, spacing, and UI components to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Create visually appealing App Store screenshots and marketing assets that align with the product branding.
- Design compelling landing pages and promotional materials that effectively communicate the product's value proposition.
- Prepare clean, well-structured Figma files suitable for seamless developer handoff, ensuring smooth implementation of designs.
