UI/UX Designer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a UI/UX Designer. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, create prototypes, and develop comprehensive user experience strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include creating mockups, conducting user research, analyzing user feedback, and collaborating with developers to implement practical and effective designs. The role will also involve staying current on design trends and leveraging them to enhance our mobile and web applications.

• Strong skills in Mockups and Visual Design to create aesthetically pleasing and functional interfaces
• Proficiency in Prototyping and User Experience Design (UED) to design seamless and user-friendly experiences
• Knowledge of Front-End Development to effectively collaborate with developers during implementation
• Ability to use design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting user needs and feedback
• Attention to detail and a strong understanding of design principles and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in mobile or web application design is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
