About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be able to understand user needs, create user-centereddesigns, and collaborate closely withprojectmanagers and developers to deliver high-quality web and mobile interfaces.

The designer willbe responsible forcreating wireframes,graphics elements, video elements,prototypes, and final UI designs that ensure seamless and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobileappsand web applications.
• Create wireframes,mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Create Graphics, banners, images, logo etc.
• Create videos
• Conduct user research andanalyzeuserbehaviorto improvesite/appusability.
• Review and Test UI/UX and provide suggestions for improvements
• Develop user flows, journey maps, and information architecture.
• Collaborate with developers to ensureaccuratedesign implementation.
• Maintain design consistency and brand guidelines across digital products.
• Improvesite/appusability through continuous testing and feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 13 years of experience in UI/UX design/website/product design.
• Strong understanding of user-centereddesign principles.
• Experience designing web and mobile applications.
• Proficiencyin design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communicationand teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor's/Masterdegree inComputer Science, IT, Design, or a related field.
