About The Role:

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to design and deliver intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The role involves close collaboration with product managers and development teams to translate business and user requirements into effective, functional, and visually consistent design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelitymockupsthat effectively communicate design ideas
• Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and adherence to best practices
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques, offering constructive feedback and suggestions
• Help maintain and contribute to design guidelines and documentation to ensure consistency across projects

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies:

• Proficiency in design software including Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Understanding of usability testing methods and tools
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility standards
