OverviewResponsible for end-to-end product design, including UX research, personas, journey maps, wireframes, flows, and prototypes. Create final UI systems, patterns, and components, define interactions and micro-animations, ensure accessibility and responsiveness, collaborate with developers for handoff, and support usability testing for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
UC strategy and User Research
- Conduct user research, interviews, competitive analysis, and task studies.
- Create personas, user journeys, experience maps, and behavioural insights.
- Define information architecture for web and mobile applications.
- Translate high-level or vague requirements into structured and validated UX flows.
UI design and Visual systems
- Design clean, modern, and scalable UI using Figma.
- Build and maintain a design system, component library, and style guide.
- Deliver pixel-perfect layouts for all modules and features.
- Own and manage typography, colour systems, iconography, spacing, and layout grids.
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG), proper contrast ratios, and responsive design standards.
Motion Design
- Create interactive prototypes (low, mid, and high fidelity).
- Define transitions, micro-interactions, animations, and feedback states.
- Optimise flows for minimal friction and improved user engagement.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation.
Frontend collaboration and Integration
- Work closely with Angular/React developers for precise design execution.
- Provide component logic including states, variants, and behaviours.
- Review UI builds, identify issues, and ensure consistency across screens.
- Align UX requirements with technical feasibility and constraints.
