About the Role
We're seeking a UI/UX Designer who can transform complex ideas into clean, intuitive, and visually compelling digital experiences. You'll collaborate with strategy, development, and creative teams to design websites, landing pages, and digital products that not only look great but also drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Design modern, conversion-focused layouts in Figma
- Conduct user research & competitor analysis to identify pain points
- Collaborate with developers for accurate implementation
- Maintain design systems, UI components & brand consistency
- Structure layouts with strategy/content teams for clarity & performance
- Iterate designs based on feedback, testing & user insights
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends & best practices
Required Skills
- Strong grasp of UI principles, UX fundamentals & responsive design
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototypes)
- Ability to deliver wireframes & high-fidelity designs independently
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
- Strong project management & deadline orientation
- Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS/WordPress/Shopify)
Good to Have
- Experience with eCommerce design
- Knowledge of design systems/atomic design
- Motion design (micro-interactions)
- SEO-friendly layout understanding
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, GA, etc.)
