We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply User-Centered Design (UCD) principles to create meaningful user experiences
- Conduct UX Audits and Heuristic Evaluations to identify usability issues and improvements
- Perform User Research including Interviews, Surveys, and Field Studies
- Develop Journey Maps and Empathy Maps to better understand user needs
- Structure Information Architecture (IA) and define Task Flows and User Flows
- Create Wireframes, High-Fidelity UI Designs, and Interactive Prototypes
- Design responsive interfaces for Web and Mobile Apps (iOS/Android)
- Establish and maintain Design Systems and Design Language guidelines
- Conduct Usability Testing and iterate designs based on insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of UX principles and Interaction Design
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Ability to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing designs
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and consistency in design execution
