The Opportunity

This is not a conventional design role.

You will be designing experiences for founders building businesses across different markets, cultures, and industries. From founder discovery and messaging to AI-powered expansion journeys, your work will directly influence how thousands of entrepreneurs interact with the eXtrefy platform. Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences across eXtrefy's web and mobile platforms.
• Translate product requirements, founder feedback, and business objectives into user-centric designs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve the product experience.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and leadership teams throughout the design process.
• Maintain and evolve eXtrefy's design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Design new features focused on founder networking, community engagement, AI-assisted expansion support, and marketplace experiences.
• Analyse user behaviour and recommend experience improvements to increase engagement and retention.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and information architecture.
• Experience designing responsive web applications; mobile app experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience working in start-ups, SaaS platforms, social products, or community-led products will be preferred.
