Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team at Freshboost You will be responsible for crafting user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role demands a strong understanding of user behavior, interaction design, and visual aesthetics. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to turn ideas into intuitive and functional

designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and visual consistency.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI libraries.
• Translate complex product requirements into clean and user-friendly designs.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs and a user-centered design process.
• Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
