We are hiring a talented and driven UI/UX Designer to craft seamless and engaging user experiences that elevate our product. You will play a crucial role in designing intuitive interfaces that enhance usability and customer engagement. If you have a strong understanding of design principles and a passion for creating user-centric experiences, this opportunity is perfect for you!

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software is essential.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong grasp of user research methodologies, usability testing, and behavioral data interpretation.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and iterating based on user behavior insights.
• Ability to translate data into design decisions that drive measurable outcomes.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
• Bonus: Experience with motion design, animations, or micro-interactions.

Responsibilities

• Designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conducting user research, gathering insights, and translating them into effective design solutions.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with business goals.
• Collaborating with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to maintain a consistent design language.
• Maintaining a design system to ensure brand and UI consistency.
• Continuously iterating on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and performance metrics such as engagement and conversion.
• Designing UI variants for experiments and incorporating findings from A/B testing into the product flow.
• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
