Role Description

This full-time, on-site UI/UX Designer role is based in Pune. The role involves designing user interfaces and creating engaging user experiences through mockups, prototypes, and visual design. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into front-end development while prioritizing user experience. Additional responsibilities include conducting user research and refining designs based on user feedback and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping for digital products
• Experience in User Experience Design (UED) methodologies and principles
• Basic understanding of Front-End Development practices to facilitate design integration
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
• Familiarity with Salesforce UI design principles is a plus
• Good communication skills and adaptability to a dynamic work environment
