Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Pune (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Wireframe & UX Design:

Create lowfidelity and highfidelity wireframes and mockups for Web Admin Portal and Mobile Application.

Define user flows and interaction models for device onboarding, monitoring dashboards, and configuration modules.

Ensure usability and intuitive navigation for installers, administrators, and monitoring staff.

UI Design & Design System: Develop consistent UI components and layouts for both web and mobile applications.

Create reusable design components and style guidelines.

Ensure alignment with modern UI/UX standards and responsive design principles.

Prototype & Interaction Design:

Create interactive prototypes for critical workflows.

Validate flows for device onboarding, network configuration, monitoring dashboards, and alerts.

Collaboration with Engineering : Work closely with the development team to ensure design feasibility and implementation clarity.

Provide screen specifications, component states, and interaction details.

Support developers during implementation and refinement stages.

Qualifications

Experience: 35 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

Certification or formal training in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, or Product Design will be an added advantage.

Experience working with product teams, developers, and stakeholders in agile development environments.

Experience designing SaaS platforms, dashboards, or IoT-based applications is preferred.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field.

Tech Stack & Tools

Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.

Knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

Understanding of UI implementation considerations for web and mobile development.
