We're looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer who enjoys solving complex product challenges, simplifying workflows, and creating intuitive user experiences for enterprise software.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive, user-centric experiences for a complex B2B SaaS product.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Customer Success teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Improve existing product workflows by identifying usability issues and proposing elegant design solutions.
• Create high-fidelity interfaces that balance usability, accessibility, consistency, and visual appeal.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and design documentation.
• Conduct UX research, competitive analysis, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing.
• Design dashboards, reporting interfaces, forms, tables, workflows, charts, and enterprise-level application screens.
• Create interactive prototypes for validating ideas before development.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Continuously improve product usability through customer feedback, analytics, and iterative design.

Required Skills

• 6-12 years of experience designing web-based SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and modern UI design.
• Expertise in Figma for UI design, prototyping, auto layout, variables, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI), Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and Visual Design.
• Experience creating:
• User Flows
• Journey Maps
• Wireframes
• Interactive Prototypes
• High-Fidelity Mockups
• Design Systems
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Experience designing enterprise dashboards and data-intensive applications.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices.
• Familiarity with Material Design, modern component libraries, and responsive layouts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.

Good to Have

• Experience designing Project Management, ERP, CRM, HRMS, Workflow Automation, or other enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum product teams.
• Knowledge of UX research methodologies and usability testing tools.
• Experience working with product analytics platforms such as Hotjar, Mixpanel, GA4, PostHog, or Microsoft Clarity.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and design handoff workflows.
