Key Responsibilities User Experience (UX) Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify user needs. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps. Identify usability issues and propose thoughtful design solutions. Participate in usability testing and iterate based on feedback. User Interface (UI) Design clean, modern, and visually consistent interfaces. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components. Ensure responsive and mobile-first design across all platforms. Collaborate with developers for accurate design implementation. Collaboration & Process Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. Present design concepts, gather feedback, and refine solutions. Maintain organized design files and documentation. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio. Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. Strong visual design skills (layout, color, typography). Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with responsive and mobile-first design. Knowledge of usability testing tools. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG). Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
