We are looking for a self-motivated and responsible UI/UX Designer to join our team, someone who enjoys problem-solving and bringing ideas to life through design. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to create user-centered interfaces that drive product success. If you're a thinker who can balance creativity with analytical decision making, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Lead the design of new products and features, creating everything from wireframes to high- fidelity designs across multiple teams.

Conduct user research, develop personas, and map user journeys to inform design decisions and ensure user needs are at the forefront.

Create low and high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to visualize product ideas, iterating based on feedback and testing.

Design pixel-perfect mock-ups with responsive elements that work seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.

Collaborate with agile, cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate execution of design solutions, from ideation to production.

Plan and run usability testing sessions, gathering feedback to refine and improve design prototypes.

Use data insights to drive design decisions, working with analytics teams to track and interpret key metrics.

Mentor and guide other designers, helping foster a culture of design excellence within the team.

Actively contributes to the development and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency across products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience designing user-centered products for both web and mobile platforms.

A portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX design skills and a history of solving complex design problems.

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools for design and prototyping.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Deep understanding of user-centered design, Design Thinking, and experience applying them to real-world problems.

Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail, including crafting original UI mockups, prototypes, and solutions.

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to take ownership of projects while thinking critically and strategically.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with behavioral analysis and using data-driven decision-making in the design process.

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Miro, and similar platforms for managing tasks and collaboration.

Experience conducting and moderating user research and usability testing sessions.

Basic knowledge of app development processes and telematics systems is a plus
