Role Brief:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our product design team. The ideal candidate will have
experience in capital markets, wealth management, or BFSI domains, with expertise in Figma, Zeplin, and
designing for both mobile and web platforms. You will drive user-centered design, conduct research, and
collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative, intuitive experiences for our Dhanush
application.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product
direction, visuals, and experience.
- Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for mobile apps and web platforms using tools like
Figma and Zeplin.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems aligned with fintech best
practices.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and maintain design consistency across
products.
- Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve UI/UX in capital markets and wealth
management applications.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Domain experience in capital markets, wealth management, or BFSI sectors.
- Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Zeplin, and similar platforms.
- Proven experience designing for both mobile and web applications.
- Strong skills in user research, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping.
- Ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-centric mindset.
- Prior exposure to fintech projects, such as trading platforms or investment apps, is preferred.
