UI/UX Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Collaborate with product team and developers to define and implement innovative product solutions, visuals, and experiences.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

User Research and Analysis:

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize design and improve user experience.
• Analyze and present user research results to the product team and stakeholders.
• Translate research insights into design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Prototyping and Testing:

• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
• Use tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and other prototyping tools to create interactive prototypes.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing, and stakeholder input.

Visual Design:

• Design user interface elements such as icons, buttons, navigation components, and other visual elements.
• Ensure consistent look and feel across all app screens and components.
• Maintain and extend the design system and style guide.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, project teams, and marketing.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes clearly and effectively to developers.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct design reviews at different stages of product development to ensure adherence to design standards and user expectations.
• Work closely with QA teams to ensure implemented designs match the original design intent.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and workshops to enhance design skills.
