As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless digital experiences that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces for mobile and web applications.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to understand user needs.
- Create and maintain design systems for consistent UI components across web and mobile.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize mobile and web designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, mobile and web design best practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on mobile and web applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web application designs.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or other UI/UX design tools.
- Understanding of mobile design guidelines (iOS & Android) and web design principles.
- Experience in prototyping, wireframing, and user flow creation.
- Familiarity with designing for accessibility (WCAG standards).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):- Experience with motion design, animations, or micro-interactions.
- Knowledge of designing for PWA (Progressive Web Apps).
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Exposure to mobile app usability testing and analytics tools.
