UI/UX Designer, 3D Animator, and Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer with experience in Graphic Design and 3D Animation to join our team at Tech Inject LLP. The ideal candidate should have 2–7 years of experience and a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, visual design, prototyping, and modern design tools. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences for software products.

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, and 3D Animator to create engaging and user-friendly digital experiences for our software products.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user interface design, user experience principles, graphic design, prototyping, and visual communication. The candidate will work closely with product, development, and other teams to understand requirements and convert ideas into effective design solutions.

Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, graphic design, and 3D animation will be highly valued.

• Design and develop visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and software applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma or similar design tools.
• Translate business and product requirements into effective UI/UX design solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process.
• Create graphics, illustrations, visual assets, and other creative elements required for digital products and marketing.
• Develop 3D animations, visual effects, and motion elements where required.
• Maintain and improve design systems, UI guidelines, visual standards, and reusable design components.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze user feedback and continuously improve the usability, accessibility, and visual quality of designs.
• Ensure consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, icons, and overall visual language.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, animation techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines.
• 2–7 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, human-computer interaction, and user-centered design.
• Good knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and high-fidelity UI design.
• Knowledge of 3D design and animation tools will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of responsive design principles for web and mobile applications.
• Strong visual and creative problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX, graphic design, animation, or related creative work.
• Basic understanding of how UI designs are implemented in web or software applications will be an advantage.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and emerging design trends.
