Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced RPA Consultant to conduct independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues. The ideal candidate will build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and monitoring performance to address any issues that arise. This role requires a proactive approach to supporting production issues, including root-cause analysis and diagnosis, while staying abreast of industry trends through professional development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct independent analysis to identify and resolve strategic issues.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor and track performance metrics, addressing any issues promptly.
- Support production issues by performing root-cause analysis and diagnosis independently.
- Stay updated on industry technical and business trends through participation in professional associations and individual learning.
- Focus primarily on business/group, with potential enterprise-wide implications.
Mandatory Skills
- Advanced knowledge in RPA domain, specifically with Work Fusion or UiPath.
- Proficiency in Java development.
- Strong understanding of software development practices, concepts, and technologies.
- Ability to code in required programming languages with minimal oversight.
- Knowledge of technical/business environments and processes.
- Understanding of functional aspects and technical behavior of operating systems and development environments.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in shift work, particularly from 1 PM EST to 10 PM EST on weekdays.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level RPA implementations.
- Participation in relevant professional communities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in RPA and software development.
