Job Description

As an Angular Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of front-end developers in the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications using Angular. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and project managers, to deliver highquality solutions that meet our clients needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of web applications using Angular.
Collaborate with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing effective solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are current and competitive.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Angular developer, with at least 5+ years in a lead role.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
In-depth knowledge of Angular frameworks (Angular 17+).
Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of front-end build tools and testing frameworks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with additional front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js).
Knowledge of back-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Express).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
