The Senior UI Designer will be responsible for designing high-impact digital experiences, combining strategic thinking, a user-centered approach, and visual excellence. This role requires the ability to work across all phases of the design process, from research and flow definition to the creation of high-fidelity interfaces, ensuring that each product is functional, accessible, visually appealing, and aligned with business objectives.Requirements
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) for seamless communication with global teams.
Strong knowledge of methodologies such as Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and Lean UX.
Solid understanding of usability heuristics, digital accessibility (WCAG), and inclusive design.
Advanced proficiency in Figma.
Experience working with Design Systems.
Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
