Role Overview
We are looking for aUI Designer with strong frontend understandingwho can:
- Designworld-class, modern, AI-native interfaces
- Think beyond static screens intosystems, flows, and personalization
- Collaborate deeply withproduct, AI, and frontend engineers
- Translate complex behavioral & AI insights intosimple, elegant UI
This is not a pixel-only role.
You mustunderstand how UI becomes product.
Key ResponsibilitiesUI / Visual Design
- Designhigh-impact, modern, premium UIfor web & mobile products
- Createdesign systems, components, and interaction patterns
- CraftAI-first interfaces(dashboards, insights, reports, assistants)
- Ownmicro-interactions, motion, states, and transitions
- Ensure visual consistency, scalability, and brand coherence
UX & Product Thinking
- Translate complex AI/behavioral outputs intohuman-readable UI
- Designflows, journeys, and adaptive experiences
- Think in terms ofpersonalization, context, and user state
- Collaborate with PMs to shapeproduct experience, not just visuals
Frontend Collaboration
- Work closely with frontend engineers (React / Next.js)
- Understand feasibility, constraints, and performance implications
- Review UI implementation forpixel-perfect execution
- Contribute to UI architecture discussions
Required SkillsMust-Have
- Strong expertise inFigma(components, variants, auto-layout)
- Excellent visual design sense (typography, color, spacing, hierarchy)
- Solid understanding ofHTML, CSS, modern UI patterns
- Working knowledge ofReact / Next.js UI workflows
- Experience designingcomplex dashboards or data-heavy interfaces
- Strong portfolio showcasingreal, shipped products
Good to Have (Big Plus)
- Experience designingAI products, SaaS, or deep-tech platforms
- Motion design (Lottie, Framer, After Effects basics)
- Understanding ofdesign systems at scale
- Experience withdark mode, accessibility, responsive systems
- Familiarity with Tailwind / component libraries
