Job Description
We are looking for strong UI & API Test Engineers with solid automation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in both frontend (UI) and backend (API) testing, with a focus on building scalable automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain UI automation frameworks
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman / Rest Assured
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for web applications
- Work closely with developers and product teams for requirement understanding & test coverage
- Ensure test data validation, defect tracking, and reporting
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines
- Drive quality assurance best practices across releases
Mandatory Skills:
- UI Automation: Selenium / Cypress / Playwright
- API Testing: Postman, Rest Assured
- Performance Testing: JMeter (must have hands-on)
- Programming: Java / Python / JavaScript
- Frameworks: BDD (Cucumber), Hybrid frameworks
- CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- Strong in both UI + API automation (not just manual testing)
- Able to independently handle end-to-end testing
- Good client communication & ownership mindset
