Role: Growth Marketing Intern UGC Content Writer

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Onsite)

Stipend: 25,000/month + incentives

Full-time conversion: Performance-based

More than 20,000 students globally have used Wiingy to find tutors for academic support, coding, homework help, language learning, music, AI skills development, and more.

As we scale globally, short-form UGC content is becoming a core growth lever for us.

You'll be part of Wiingy's UGC growth team, working on short-form content that feels native to platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Your role is to:

• Track what's trending across platforms
• Break viral content into repeatable UGC formats
• Write scripts and concepts that creators can execute easily
• Work with creators to ensure content goes live and maintains quality
• Review content, share feedback when needed, and help keep the creator ecosystem healthy

This is an end-to-end UGC content role, with content thinking at the center.

You're someone who:

• Understands UGC and short-form internet content deeply
• Can tell quickly whether a video will work or flop
• Has written Influencer/UGC scripts or concepts before (for a brand or personally)
• Is comfortable balancing creative work with basic execution follow-through
• Experience with brands, creators, or viral short-form content is a big plus.

• Your ideas won't sit in docs - they'll go live
• You'll work closely with growth leaders and creators
• You'll learn how UGC actually drives users and revenue
• High performers will be fast-tracked into full-time growth/content roles
