Job Title: Rider Onboarding Executive (Uber Bike & Auto)
Location: Agra & Kota
Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals to onboard riders for Uber Bike & Auto services in Agra and Kota. The role involves identifying potential drivers, assisting them with the onboarding process, and ensuring they complete initial rides on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential bike and auto drivers for onboarding
- Explain the benefits of joining the Uber app platform
- Assist drivers with registration and documentation process
- Ensure successful onboarding and activation of riders
- Guide riders to complete their first 5 trips
- Maintain a daily report of onboarded riders and progress
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Incentive Structure:
- Earn 300 per rider
- 225 after the rider completes the 1st ride
- 75 after the rider completes the 5th ride
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic smartphone knowledge
- Ability to work in the field and meet targets
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in field sales, onboarding, or driver acquisition
- Familiarity with local areas in Agra/Kota
