A recruiting mandate for a staffing & HR-services firm supporting enterprise IT, banking & financial services (BFSI), and digital transformation programs. We are hiring an on-site UAT Project Manager in India to lead user-acceptance testing and business-readiness for large-scale application rollouts and integrations.
Role: UAT Project Manager (On-site, India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and lead end-to-end UAT for releasesdefine scope, entry/exit criteria, and test cycles to ensure business acceptance.
- Design and validate UAT test scenarios and test cases in collaboration with business SMEs; ensure comprehensive coverage of functional and integration flows.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, BA, Ops, business stakeholders) to manage test execution, defect triage, and timely closure.
- Own defect management and trackingprioritise issues, drive resolution with engineering, and validate fixes in regression cycles.
- Maintain and operate test management tools and dashboards (test runs, metrics, readiness reports) to provide transparent release status to stakeholders.
- Manage UAT risks and dependencies, run go/no-go readiness reviews, and support production cutovers and post-release validation.
