This position is part of the remaining UAT/Supply Chain project, 100% remote, but preference is to have someone located in India.
The team now no longer requires someone with ADO experience (updated JD), the main work is to update Excel templates. The CVs shared previously are therefore overqualified. Reposting this to search for more of a basic data entry person to assist short-term for this project.
Job Description:
Seeking a detailoriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential dataentry, documentation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination support to our global Logistics organization. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and quality of UAT workflows by uploading and managing test cases within Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO).
The position will initially focus on supporting the APAC region, with responsibilities expanding to EMEA, requiring flexibility to work across multiple time zones. Key countries to support will be greater China for APAC, and the Western Europe region as well as South Africa for EMEA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative capability, familiarity with ADO, and an interest in supply chain or digital transformation environments.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate documentation of test results, defects, and testing evidence with alignment between SharePoint site and ADO.
Coordinate with functional experts across APAC and EMEA, both inside of client and with our 3rd party providers, to update or clarify test case requirements.
Provide daytoday administrative support to the Logistics program team, including scheduling, document preparation, and status tracking.
Identify opportunities to streamline data entry or documentation processes.
Required Qualifications
Fluent English, both written and verbal.
Strong administrative or dataentry experience with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
Ability to work collaboratively with global teams and adjust working hours to overlap with APAC and EMEA as needed.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver accurate work under deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in Supply Chain or Logistics environments.
Familiarity with project governance, workflow management tools, or structured testing methodologies.
Previous experience working in a multinational corporation or global team structure, including collaboration with 3rd party service providers.
