Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a UAE Admission Officer at Global Colliance. The role involves assisting students in the admission process for educational institutions in the UAE, providing guidance on required documentation, visa procedures, and program selection. You will be responsible for helping students navigate the application process effectively, maintaining excellent communication with students, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service and ongoing support.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with students and families and provide impactful guidance
- Comprehensive understanding of International Admissions processes and policies
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate information clearly and engagingly
- Customer Service experience to address student inquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Knowledge of the Education sector, specifically in relation to studying abroad, would be an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office setting and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with prior experience in admissions or education consultancy
