Job Summary :

ClickSoft Solutions is seeking a U.S. HR Immigration Specialist with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in U.S. immigration documentation and coordination, preferably within the U.S. IT Staffing industry.

The ideal candidate should have practical exposure to H-1B petitions, LCA, OPT/STEM OPT, H-4 EAD, PWD, PERM, I-140, and immigration compliance documentation.

The candidate will work closely with employees, immigration attorneys, HR teams, and management to ensure timely and accurate processing of immigration-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate U.S. employment-based immigration processes.
• Assist with H-1B new petitions, transfers, amendments, extensions, and change-of-status cases.
• Collect and verify documents required for immigration filings.
• Support LCA preparation, filing coordination, and record maintenance.
• Assist with H-1B petition documentation, including Forms I-129 and I-907, under attorney guidance.
• Coordinate OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H-4 EAD, and other work-authorization documentation.
• Maintain Form I-983 records and track STEM OPT reporting and evaluation deadlines.
• Assist with PWD, PERM, and I-140 documentation and case coordination.
• Coordinate with immigration attorneys for case preparation, filings, RFEs, and approvals.
• Track petition statuses, receipt notices, approvals, and expiration dates.
• Maintain employee immigration records and case trackers.
• Coordinate employment verification letters, client letters, vendor letters, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor visa and work-authorization expiration dates and follow up for timely renewals.
• Support immigration compliance audits and documentation requests.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee immigration and personal information.
• Prepare daily and weekly immigration status reports.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in U.S. immigration operations or immigration coordination.
• Hands-on experience supporting H-1B documentation and petition processes.
• Knowledge of LCA, I-129, I-907, I-797, and I-94.
• Understanding of OPT/STEM OPT, CPT, H-4 EAD, and Form I-983.
• Basic knowledge of PWD, PERM, and I-140 processes.
• Experience coordinating with immigration attorneys and employees.
• Strong documentation, case tracking, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple immigration cases and deadlines.
• Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad during U.S. night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a U.S. IT Staffing or Consulting company.
• Exposure to immigration case-management systems.
• Experience coordinating H-1B RFEs and supporting documentation.
• Understanding of U.S. immigration compliance and employee work authorization.
